  • Shallow and Narrow Surfacing, in the midst of functioning in the deep end, simply to live and breathe.

With insurmountable effort and without permission, will heavenly authorities demonstrate their power and authority to wipe away your mere earthly and borrowed existence in a single wave or through cognitive and inadvertent extinguishment, irrespective of the footprints you left in the sand, the number of interactions that crafted memories, professional endeavors, secured currency and assets, and with significant disregard for all the roads traveled.

Humans live life objectively and subjectively, always seeking ways to make their lives make sense to them in their individual capacities. People actively live to thrive both operationally and cerebrally, and to functionally comprehend their experiences from a distinctive, individualistic, yet relatable perspective.

To live means to superlatively live out loud.

To live means to be abundantly and congruently equitable, free, and secure.

To live means equal opportunity and corollaries.

To live is an extrapolation of breathing.

We all have an urge to live, whether that corporeal existence is lived publicly or in secret.

We all experience unanticipated crises and situational adversities. What matters most in these situations is how we navigate and learn from such conditions.

To live is to die. To grieve. To be desolate. To effectively circumnavigate uncertainty and ambiguity.

Conversely, to live is to be content. To thrive. To stay morally and ethically erect.

To live is to love and be loved.

To live is not a stopgap, but a dubious and enduring continuance, from inception to cessation.

    70+ Live Life Quotes

Generally, life is an embankment. But more importantly, it is an embodiment of individual perpetuity.

I mean, how much easier would life be if the waves of the ocean and household showered waters washed away and abolished the desolate, grief-stricken tears and replenished one’s soul with hopefulness and discernment? For me, it’s been 4 long, emotionally-laden, and mentally challenging years, yet I still acknowledge our wedding anniversary; this year, it will be 10, while knowing and loving one another would mark nearly 14 years of unprecedented territory. I still have not, and without a reasonable doubt, succumbed to total cognitive annihilation of devastation, mortality, overwhelmingness, and numbness. For the most part, I don’t think I ever will overcome this deeply embedded and looming grief, a lifelong journey that I will never indubitably surpass. Still, it will forever be a power-struggling and power-exerting experience that I will try to energetically suppress.

Recognizing that four years ago, on my birthdate, marks the date on which I experienced the most traumatic experience of my life. Such experience is similar to riding an elevator, in which most establishments fail to acknowledge the 13th floor due to the triskaidekaphobia phenomenon, a sign of bad luck. My birthdate and the subsequent days, from accident to date of death (DOD), mark 13, and have become days in which I refuse to celebrate, especially given the weightiness of uncertainty, probability, and makeshift moments that I endured. Each year, I solemnly recall all the moments when I looked for ways to recharge and recalibrate my physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional batteries, simply so I could transfer that energy to my husband, making his fight a little easier and helping him heal more expediently and hastily, and to combat negative energy that had become inevitable, but I digress.

For the past four years, I missed out on living life. I missed opportunities to surround myself with life and living. I showed up for others while forgetting to show up for myself in the same aptitude. I failed to give myself grace and permission to live. These gallant actions left me swooning in my private cocoon from sheer emotional exhaustion. I forgot what self-care meant, even after researching and practicing it for years. But in reality, I didn’t care, as there was no time or space, especially because for four years, I have been psychologically operating in survivor’s remorse, drowning and breathe stricken capacity and in fight or flight mode, all while physiologically confronting challenges and threats head-on simply to protect others and their livelihood, all while still in a state of shock, disequilibrium, and through severe brain fog and all while being medically diagnosed with acute and prolonged grief. As a woman, mother, and wife, my nurturing and caring nature reached its most profound level.

Top 23 Quotes About Living Life to the Fullest - Matt Morris

Due to this life extrapolation, today and from this moment on, I mandate that you take on the individual and collective responsibility to achieve your lifelong goals and objectives, to be free, and to positively and innocuously live out loud and with decorum, free of disapproving, shallow, and narrowed expressions and especially living amongst others with individual, cultural, racial, and physical differences, whatever that looks like to you, and without worrying about society and public perception or misconceptions. Live on the deep end, one that can substantively eradicate shallow and narrow experience and thinking. Navigate a fruitful, experience-filled life that positively divests itself and future generations of antiquated societal norms and behaviors, because, as we live and breathe, there will come a day when life as we know it ends.

  • Happy Mother’s Day- Beautiful

Wishing every mother and person at the center of their children’s universe, here or gone, and single dads, a Happy Mother’s Day this coming Sunday. If you have the personal, psychological, spiritual, emotional, and financial capacity, please treat yourself to something unusual and extraordinary, even if it means granting yourself grace and internal peace and appreciation, simply because it was you who bore the costs, growing pains, and sacrifices of bearing and rearing child(ren). Know that your scrupulous motherhood and single fatherhood will never go unnoticed, even to ungrateful, unappreciative, and spiteful children. Moreover, know that you have done your best, are e pluribus unum, and have ingratiated yourself into a world of elitists, particularly given that there are some women and men in the world who are infertile, lacking the ability and fruitful abundance to bear children.

Mothers or not, and while motherhood is often deemed a thankless lifelong journey, we have all experienced parental maternity at some point in our lives, in which we have unsolicitedly faced the challenges of a parental and educational role in steering children, our next generations, down a straight and narrow path, or even being a positive role model. While my mother is physically absent, she remains spiritually present. Therefore, I take this opportunity to express my gratitude for her maternally devoted sacrifices that made my existence possible.

While parenthood is arduous and physically and psychologically taxing, your centrality, modesty, and secrecy or reticence allowed me a seamless childhood.

Your prominent presence and being the heartbeat and nucleus of the family remained a profound reflection and discourse on life lessons about what authentic motherhood requires and what existing and prospective parents should refrain from doing along this magnanimous and quasi-prolific journey.

While it remains unquestionable that most mothers have questioned their motherhood capabilities, wishing that, if they had done things differently, their children would have had dynamically gratifying outcomes that their parents could be proud of. But in reality, most parents, mostly mothers, know that this is not always the case, but we still love our children unconditionally.

Some mothers function silently, thereby quietly and effectively navigating the waters of parenthood, while others are volubly ostentatious. Irrespective of the magnitude of motherhood you exhibited, your continued fight for parental strength and power, in my eyes, was never unnoticed, even after witnessing others challenge you, use you, dilute your motherhood, and take advantage of, betray, and disrespect you for their own personal benefit and gain, even in your most vulnerable state. I have acknowledged that some mother-child experiences are pejorative. As such, this experience has taught me to persevere, becoming the single individual who desperately wishes to break family curses and bondages. While in many ways your motherhood played on the gradient surfaces of silence, your actions spoke volumes. Witnessing the life you lived, I always wanted more for you, which motivated me to reach for the stars, never focusing on what was, but what could be. Habitually focusing on the positive through personal, professional, and academic experiences has empowered me, as an individual and mother, to think constructively, self-critically, and never look back, settle, tolerate bullshit, or allow anyone to disrupt or interrupt my peace, and most importantly, never allow any persons, whoever they may be, thus denouncing their affiliations or ties, to project their insecurities and lack of accomplishment to take advantage of me, regardless of my psychological state-like condition, vulnerable or otherwise. You have taught me, directly and indirectly, that the power within radiates voluminously. Therefore, while I wish you were here to convey this message in person, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I also, with profound grief and sincerity, wish you a Happy Heavenly Mother’s Day. I wish our mother-daughter bond had maintained its character and strength before your life expiration date. But know that, nevertheless, I never stop loving, respecting, and honoring you, even if from a distance.

  • Happy birthday honey

Today, I say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my husband, Eric—the love of my life.

The one human being who will forever have my heart.

I send these birthday wishes hoping and praying that today is one of the most happiest days of your life and that you spend this day with all persons with which you have established quality connections.

I know you are still within and around me, protecting, balancing, guiding, and grounding me. Your everlasting presence is what I live for. Knowing you are still by my side, I will continue to celebrate your birthday and the day I have proclaimed your day. Today, you get to do any and everything you choose, even if it means doing nothing at all.

Today, I love you more than I loved you yesterday, and my love for you strengthens each second, minute, and hour of the day. I will never forget and cherish the time we shared.

For most, birthdays are another special day, but today, I celebrate your birthday differently. I celebrate your birthday selfishly, only wanting it to be you and me, not wanting to share you with anyone else. But because I am forced to share you with the universe, I still celebrate you and only you on this day.

I miss you with every fiber of my being. I am still in love with you and will forever love you wholeheartedly. Know that no one in this world could ever take your place.

To my dearly and spiritually beloved husband, Happy Birthday.
