Before asking questions about others, look in the mirror and ask yourself vital questions about who you are. This will help you delineate and capture the essence of who you are instead of disparagingly wasting unnecessary brain cells and cognitive functioning trying to discriminatorily categorize and define others you severely lack knowledge or understanding.
Worrying about oneself should be effortless, whereas agonizing about others will only cause complete disillusionment and festering, thereby undergoing self-induced stress, depression, anxiety, and traumatization.
